At the end of the
registration, a confirmation will be sent to you automatically by email. If you
do not receive it, check the "junk mail" folder of your email and
authorize the sender to receive all our communications.



INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: you pay your own
participation fees.

INDUSTRY GRANTS: Industry
grants are now closed.





To have your participation fees covered by an industry grant, please click on
"individual registration".



If you are eligible (criteria set by the industry) - your participation fees
will be covered (registration and/or accommodation and/or transportation - if
you reside more than 50 km from the conference venue for accommodation and
transportation costs). All ancillary costs such as cabs, buses, transfers,
parking, fuel, tolls and meals will NOT be covered). Depending on when you
register, not all funds may be available, in which case we may ask you to cover
the remaining amount not covered.



IMPORTANT REMINDER:
it is imperative to have
paid the 300€ deposit in the first stage
, in order to be able to select
the registration and accommodation service. This is why we recommend that you
pay online directly by Visa or Mastercard to ensure the availability of funds.
The deposit will be refunded after the congress except in case of a no-show.





 



GROUP REGISTRATION: You take charge of one or
more participants, including yourself or not.



 



In order to receive all the
documents, please make sure to register YOUR details as "event contact"
first, including YOUR email and billing address. After that, you will be able
to add the accounts of your guests with THEIR contact information, i.e. THEIR
email, type of participation and contact information. Do not hesitate to ask us
for the detailed procedure.

 - Participants' emails are mandatory to obtain the certificate of
attendance. This personal and nominative document can in no case be sent to the
"event contact" who registered the participants! Only those who will
have attended the event will automatically receive the newsletter containing
the download link the week after the congress.

also applies if you have a GRANT.



 



Eposter competition :
Participants who submit their work in a competition as "FREE
PRESENTERS/COMMUNICATIONS" (eposter, video or abstract) must register, or
be registered, by selecting one of the 2 other choices proposed according to
the payer of their participation.





I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED: you wish to continue, modify or pay your
participation fees, your payments or consult your account and/or your
participation in the event or your payments.



Cancellation : The Divine [id] agency must be informed of any cancellation in writing no later than one month before the start of the event. An administrative penalty of 10% will be applied to any refunds made up to this date.




Registering to
the congress implies that you agree to have your personal information (surname,
first name and country only) sent to the industry sponsors.

divine [id] agency informs you this was the subject of a declaration to CNIL,
the French data protection agency, and this processing is in compliance with
the French norm « NS n°48 ». 

In accordance with article 34 of the French law « Informatique et Liberté »
(January 6, 1978), you can access, modify, correct or delete your personal
