Participants’ emails are mandatory to get the certificate of attendance. This document cannot be sent to the « event contact » of the company sponsoring the attendee(s)!
Early bird fees require that the payment be made before the deadline in order to avoid that the registration is automatically amended to the full fee.
To secure your hotel reservation, a one night deposit must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than December 17, 2015 to avoid cancellation of the unpaid nights.

I AM A SPEAKER: this section is for main session SPEAKERS ONLY. Participants taking part in a competition as PRESENTERS (eposter, video or abstract) must register (or be registered) by selecting of the 2 other options available depending on who is paying for their participation.

NB: Cancellation must be notified in writing to our agency before December 18. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any refund until December, 17. Starting December 18, no refund will be given.
