INDUSTRY GRANTS: To have your participation fees covered by an industry grant, please click on "individual registration"
If you are eligible (criteria set by the industry) - your participation fees will be covered (regsitration and dinner + a voucher of 300€ for to book by your own your accomodation and transport)
- if you reside more than 50 km away from the conference venue for accommodation and transportation costs). All ancillary costs such as cabs, buses, transfers, parking, fuel, tolls and meals will NOT be covered). Depending on when you register, not all funds may be available, in which case we may ask you to cover the remaining amount not covered.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: it is imperative to have paid the 300€ deposit in the first stage, in order to be able to select the registration and obtain the therms and conditions for the 300€ voucher. This is why we recommend that you pay online directly by Visa or Mastercard to ensure the funds availability. The deposit will be refunded after the congress except in case of a no-show. GROUP REGISTRATION: You take charge of one or more participants, including yourself or not.

In order to receive all the documents, please make sure to register YOUR details as "event contact" first, including YOUR email and billing address. After that, you will be able to add the accounts of your guests with THEIR contact information, i.e. THEIR email, type of participation and contact information. Do not hesitate to ask us for the detailed procedure.
Participants' emails are mandatory to obtain the certificate of attendance. This personal and nominative document can in no case be sent to the "event contact" who registered the participants! Only those who will have attended the event will automatically receive the newsletter containing the download link the week after the congress.
