Then, you will be able to add the accounts of your guests including THEIR email, type of participation and contact info.

Participants’ emails are mandatory to get the certificate of attendance. This document cannot be sent to the « event contact » of the company sponsoring the attendee(s)!
Early bird fees require that the payment be made before the deadline in order to avoid that the registration is automatically amended to the full fee.
To secure your hotel reservation, a one night deposit must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than December 19, 2015 to avoid cancellation of the unpaid nights.
