i-MEET 2020


Once your registration has been processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. If you cannot find it, the email is probably in your spam, promotions or unwanted email folder. To receive our communications, please make sure to approve the email sender.

Grants from the Industry are now available for i-MEET 2020 and can cover your registration fee and/or transport and/or accommodation if you register by June 15.
If you would like to benefit from these Grants, it is very simple: select individual registration and discover if you are eligible to benefit from a grant.

You are eligible
First and foremost, if you are a Physician you need to pay for a deposit of 300€ and if you are a Resident or a Paramedic, this amount will be 150€ (Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer or cheque payable to France only). This guarantee will be fully reimbursed after the congress, except if you are a no show or ask for a late cancellation less than 50 days before the event.
You will be allowed to select a congress registration fee, a hotel room and your travel arrangements only after your payment has been duly received in full.

Accommodation page
You won’t be covered for your accommodation if your home address is less than 50km away from the congress venue.
The grant can cover up to two nights at the Meridien Hotel. If you need to book additional nights or wish to book a double room, all the extra fees will be at your charge.
Past 60 days before the event, it will be possible to amend your accommodation providing there is availability. This cost will be at your charge.

Travel arrangements page
We can make your travel arrangements. A coordinator will contact you in order to book your trip at the very latest 40 days before the event. 
If your travel arrangements have not been made 40 days before the event, you will be reimbursed based on a maximum amount fixed by our team, economy class for flights, first class for railway. 
If your ticket can be modified, less than 30 days before the event, any extra cost will remain at your charge. 
If you are driving your own vehicle, you will be reimbursed based on the French taxable horse-power rating for a vehicle not exceeding 7 CV, car registration document to be provided, and the maximum amount reimbursed will be 300 €. Only professional reasons will be accepted to perform any kind of travel or housing modification.

Official dinner
Your registration to the official dinner can also be covered by the Grant. Just select it online when registering.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: you need to pay for your OWN participation only 

SPONSORED REGISTRATION: you need to pay for one or more participants (you included or not).
To make sure that you receive all the documents, please register YOUR contact information as « event contact » first and foremost including YOUR email and YOUR billing details. Then, you will be able to add the accounts of your guests including THEIR email, type of participation and contact info. Feel free to send us a request to receive the detailed procedure to help you complete a « sponsored registration ».
-  Participants’ emails are mandatory to get the certificate of attendance. This individual named document cannot be sent to the « event contact » of the company sponsoring the attendee(s)! Only participants who duly attended the event will receive the newsletter including the link to download it the week after the event.

I AM A SPEAKER: this section is for SPEAKERS and CHAIRMEN  taking part in the main session ONLY.
Participants taking part in a competition as PRESENTERS (eposter, video or abstract) must register (or be registered) by selecting one of the 2 other options available depending on who is paying for their participation.

I AM ALREADY REGISTERED: you want to continue, amend or settle your participation (or your guests') or view your account and/or your participation in the event (or your guests').

For any GROUP registrations or hotel reservations, please contact directly the agency.  Group cancellation policy is available on request.

CANCELLATION must be notified in writing to our agency one month before the event at the very latest. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any refund granted until this deadline.

Registering to the congress implies that you agree  to receive promotional emails from our agency and have your personal information (surname, first name and country only) sent to the industry sponsors.
